I'm alive!

Not dead!

At least, as not-dead as someone whose thankless ingrate of a child has decided it'd be fun to start waking up again in the middle of the night to the tune of five wake-ups between 11 p.m. and six o'clock in the morning can be.

(Is he teething? Maybe. Is he being awakened by long bone growth pains in his legs? Quite possibly. Is he actually the Anti-Christ cutting his evil fangs on his poor unsuspecting parents? I wouldn't bet against it.)

I'm actually currently working on a new template for this blog and will hopefully have it up in the next day or two. (Milo the A-C willing...)

Stay tuned!

We've got the night-awakening child, also. but she's 14 months! (aagh!) Hang in there.

I hate to break it to you, but my oldest (2.5) still gets up. Maybe when they go to college we'll all sleep again.

Maybe Milo is close to crawling? Some other big milestone? That seems to always send our sleeping into turmoil around here.

But... but... I thought that once he got past the three-month mark, we'd be DONE with all this waking-up-five-times-in-one-night nonsense!

I know. I'm a dreamer. The good news is, Milo actually SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT last night -- and I've had so much surplus energy today as a result that I feel like I'm on crack! So it's reassuring to know that even the sleepless nights come to an end eventually.

Until the next one rolls around...
